Terms

Recurring Payment Terms & Conditions

By signing up for a recurring payment plan on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Recurring Payments: By opting into a recurring payment plan, you authorizeBE Media NZ  Limited (T/A NZ Ahead, It’s A Drama, Liz Deacle, Makes Best Sense) to automatically charge your selected payment method every three (3) months or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
2. Payment Authorization: You acknowledge and agree that your recurring payments will be processed automatically without further authorization unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy: It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their recurring payments if they no longer wish to continue. BE Media NZ  Limited is not responsible for cancelling payments on behalf of the customer.
   • To cancel your subscription, please log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions.
   • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
4. No Refunds: Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription after a payment has been made, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged further.
5. Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or any other reason, you will be notified, and payment must be updated within 7 days to maintain service.
6. Changes to Terms: BE Media NZ Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

By proceeding with the recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
